Our Board

Charity Kittrell Founder / President

Charity grew up in Michigan and moved to Texas in 2009, after completing her U.S. Air Force tour. She holds an A.S. Degree in Aerospace Science and her B.S. in Business and Computative Studies from Liberty University.

Charity and her husband Kevin have had a heart for children since before they even met. They are a licensed foster and adoptive home and took in their first 3 foster children one week before Christmas, 2015. So far, they have fostered 15 children, adopted a teenager and are in the process of adopting another. Their mission, through foster care and our organization, is to ensure every child gets to have a ‘normal’ childhood – regardless of their past or economic conditions.

Bonnie Marker Director

Bonnie has called Cass City, Michigan home since her teens. Bonnie earned her cosmetology license while in high school and then became the owner of a beauty salon. After retiring from her career as a hair-dresser, she became a volunteer with a small non-profit, Revive Ministries. As one of the lead volunteers for the past 7-years, she has been instrumental in growth of organization, taking it from just a small food pantry to now incorporating a thrift store, coffee shop, restaurant, Financial Peace University and an over-all blessing to the community.

When she allows herself some free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, which includes her husband Tom, 3 kids and 3 grandchildren. It’s easy to see what Bonnie brings to the 4:12 team and we are thrilled to have her.

  Kevin Kittrell Director

When you ask Kevin where he grew up, he will say “all over the world.” Kevin has traveled the world in a military family and then on his own as a Marine. During his professional career in the high-tech field, he continues to travel the world and has been to Russia, Israel, Japan, SE Asia, just to name a few.

Kevin is co-founder of 4:12 Kids with his wife, Charity. When not at work, Kevin spends time working on their ranch, Kittrell Trading Company, where they raise longhorn cattle. He also enjoys hunting, when time allows.

Nora Warren Secretary

Nora has a heart for assisting children in reaching their potential. While living in Colorado, she had her husband Larry helped plant a ministry for homeless children (and parents) and offered a free Sunday breakfast and church service.  The number of attendees quickly grew along with many finding Jesus and being baptized.  The Church on Colfax is presently flourishing.  She states “it is such a rewarding experience to see children’s eyes light up with appreciation and hope! “

Nora enjoys playing card games (especially pinochle) and is involved in activities at the McMahan’s Women’s Club, Lockhart Senior Center and the Red Hat Ladies. She also holds the position of Secretary with the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 41. She had her husband are working towards growing and raising quality food for their personal consumption on their small farm.

  David Durall Treasurer

David grew up in the town that gave us Friday Night Lights, Odessa, Texas. Not one to stick around the oil-rich, tumbleweed rolling part of the country, David was thrilled when his professional career started sending him to places all over the world. Having experienced so many cultures and people groups, he has discovered that the world and its people are way better and much nicer than the news outlets would have us think. In his off-time, David plays guitar, spoils his 2 killer chihuahuas and constantly searches for the world’s best, not to be confused with the hottest, salsa.

David earned his MBA from Keller School of Business and is using his expertise as our Treasurer.  We are excited to have David on our team. P.S. If you know where David can find the world’s best salsa, feel free to send him a message. This would give him more free time to perfect his guitar solos.
